Hypertelorism
correction
Hypertelorism or widely spaced eyes is a feature of multiple craniofacial
syndromes. The example shown is a young girl I have treated with
Cleidocranial dysostosis. The surgical techniques used are individualized
depending on the degree or orbital narrowing required and the proportions
of the forehead.
